Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

While care is taken to ensure products are not damaged in shipping, we cannot ensure that botanicals and other soap toppings will remain intact during transport.
